Step 2: Another way to feel abundant is to feel gratitude and appreciation
In your journal write a list of all the things you appreciate in life. Feel how your energy gets better as you immerse yourself into these positive thoughts.
About two decades years ago I co-published the ‘Be Magnifique’ Journal, a journal that would ask you a couple questions every day and invite you to reflect on your day and give gratitude for three things you appreciated every day (a practice I highly recommend!)
That Journal is not available for print anymore, but here are a few questions you may want to answer in the morning along with some meditation/prayer/introspection time.
- What would be fun/easy/joyful/spectacular [you fill the blank!] to live today that I haven’t ‘created’ yet?
- What are 5 things from yesterday that I am grateful for?
- If I were (and I AM!) beautifully supported by the Universe and anything were (and it is!) possible, who do I choose to become today?
Step 3: Get into guidance to see what gets in your way
When I talk with entrepreneurs that want MORE in their lives and businesses, they sometimes tell me:
