  • a time to be coached or to receive inspired Guidance from Source

THURSDAY: Keeping Your Sanity NOW – Tips and tools to avoid being depressed, overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, or feeling other people’s energy

  • Would you say you keep your sanity nowadays? Do you have 1 useful tip to share?
  • Have you felt overwhelmed these past 2-3 weeks? Why? And what do you think could help you NOT feel that way in the future?
  • What happens and what do you do when you feel stuck?
