In the first part, you’ll understand the difference between being in a “Problem Solving Structure” (what I call the “Fixing mode”) and a “Creative structure” where you create just for the sake of creating!
This concept is KEY (and rarely explained!) and may be why you keep oscillating between having great results and then being frustrated.
In the second part, I ask Carrie who wants to become a NY Times best selling author, a few questions to unpack her situation and find the real root cause of her current stagnation and frustration.
While this part is entertaining (I think!) I want to invite you to do your own work and answer these questions on to a piece of paper… so you get full value from the exercise.
In the third part, we perform a Source Recode to clear out what’s in the way and activate new potentials.
Not everything is said out loud, but trust me and get into the energy of it. You’ll get the benefits from this recode even if you watch it later on! (People shared the shifts they got from watching the recording of a Source Recode and it’s crazy good!!!)
